• Contributed to Tripla's engineering growth from 3 to 45+ members across 7 years, from early IC through Platform Leader

• Led multiple successful compliance certifications (ISO 27001, PCI DSS, Privacy Mark)

• Led PCI-DSS Level 1 Service-Provider certification end-to-end: designed compliant architecture, managed the external audit, and achieved first-pass certification on schedule.
• Led and achieved ISO 27001:2022 certification, implemented all controls, and rolled out training during a challenging transition period.
• Optimized cloud spend with usage dashboards and right-sizing policies, cutting monthly costs 9 % and eliminating idle instances across all teams.
• Drove security & compliance due-diligence for Privacy Mark and Tokyo Stock Exchange listing, clearing audit hurdles and enabling a successful IPO.
• Delivered cross-functional projects with distributed teams across multiple time-zones, cultures, and job functions, shipping key features and infra upgrades on time. 
• Scaled a startup team from 3 to 45 engineers while helping to establish clear structures for support, growth, and promotion. Including succession planning.
• Launched an AI Sentiment-analysis product to help businesses understand their customers and online reputation.
